[MDC-447] simetbox-openwrt-feed: drop ca-certificates

ca-certificates is just too damn expensive FLASH-wise, especially if we
are already forced to use ca-bundle as well.  Drop it, curl and
simet-base seem to cope just fine with just ca-bundle installed.
